Fees

For most of our clients, a new building represents a significant financial investment. We understand this and can help you get the most out of every dollar spent. Our architectural fees generally run between 5% and 10% of project construction cost depending upon the complexity of the project. In most every case, our fees are more than offset through competitive bidding of the projects, giving our clients the best building at the best price.
